The icosahedron is one of the 5 Platonic Solids. It represents the vibrations of the element water. An icosahedron has 20 equilateral triangular faces. Stellating is the process of "pulling a point" from every one of the faces of a polyhedron. This is a DaVinci style Icosahedron with stellations that equilateral tetrahedrons (3 sided pyramids). Stellated shapes carry a higher (finer) vibration that the basic polyhedron version of the same shape.
